9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Sapphire IPTV is a streaming service provider that doesn't create or host content. We offer access to available online streams, and Users are responsible for adhering to copyright laws in their area.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is offered "as is" with no warranties. We cannot ensure uninterrupted availability or guarantee all channels will always be accessible. Sapphire IPTV shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from Service usage or unavailability.
11. Termination
We maintain the authority to immediately suspend or close your account without warning if you breach these Terms & Conditions or engage in behavior detrimental to our Service or other users.
